- Avoid super light tones (especially pastels or white-on-white)
- Limit metallics; they print as gradients, not shine
- Use bold contrast to help details stand out
- Zoom in: Micro-details may blur
- Preview your mini under “neutral” lighting if possible
- Understand: On-screen ≠ in-hand. Your monitor lies.
- Expect more muted tones and pigment shifts, especially under bright light or in photos
- Weather matters: Humidity affects resin curing. Print quality varies in different environments
- Printed minis may include some visible supports
- Color output may vary based on printer maintenance cycle
- Use our color presets, they’re optimized for our hardware
Tip: Think like a painter. Use high contrast and dramatic color blocking, not subtle gradients.
